Refund policy
All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to us at coneyscakesmlc@gmail.com to resolve the issue within 14 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If an approved solution determines a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded the appropriate amount on your original payment method minus shipping. Please understand that  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Shipping
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and changes in postal delivery, price, and holiday schedules; shipment may be delayed. For specified delivery dates, the delivery by dates  must be typed in the 'Special instructions to Seller' box at checkout. Seller not liable for goods damaged in shipment. A message will be sent to the email provided once your item(s) are shipped. There is a minimum 2-day processing time for all orders. Pick up orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.  Contact owner at coneyscakesmlc@gmail.com with any questions and/or comments.  

To ensure the utmost freshness, food items are shipped via USPS/UPS 2-Day Priority/Express to street addresses in the contiguous U.S. only. Tips are recommended to subsidize any additional shipping charges due to buyers location.

Food items ship Monday - Thursday,
or Friday if " 1-Day Priority Shipping" is selected.

Other goods ship daily.
